Help with the Oz Driver Knowledge Test study app.
Can't find an answer here? Email support@invogo.com.au. Telling us your device, app version (Settings → About) and state helps us answer faster.
What is this app?
A study app for your state or territory driver knowledge test. It includes the road rules material drawn from your state's official handbook, full-length practice tests in the real format, flashcards, spaced repetition and progress tracking — and it works fully offline.
Is it the official test?
No. It is an independent study aid with no affiliation to any state road authority. The study content is based on the publicly available road rules and the official handbook published by your state's road authority. For official test information and to book a test, visit your road authority's website.
How do I change my state?
Settings → State or territory. The handbook, question bank and pass mark all change with it. Progress in each state is kept separately, so switching back later does not lose anything.
I paid but the features are still locked
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with your store receipt and we will sort it out.
Is Full Access a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time purchase with no renewal. It stays with your store account, so you can reinstall or move device and restore it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On Android, use Google Play order history. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is stored on your device after install. A connection is only needed to download the app and to make a purchase.
I think an answer is wrong
Please tell us — this is the most useful message you can send. Include the question text and your state, and we will check it against the official handbook and correct it in the next update.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. For analytics, see the Privacy Policy, which explains what is collected and how to request deletion.
